“It’s been 15 years.” Over the phone, Bill Strachan sounds weary and resigned, as he faces the prospect of another year with no answers as to who’s responsible for his stepdaughter’s vicious murder.
    On Jan. 27, 1998, a man walked into Adults Only Video on Paris Street and stabbed to death the woman working that day — 23-year-old Renee Sweeney, a smart and talented Laurentian University music student.
    At the time of the attack, the 20-something man was wearing a blue High Sierra jacket and white cotton garden gloves, all of which was found in a wooded area off Walford Road. A diaper pin was in the left breast area of the jacket.
