Family holding out hope as search for missing Duncan boy with autism continues

DUNCAN, Okla. – Family members of an 8-year-old boy who went missing about two weeks ago say they’re ready for some answers.

“He is autistic, he cannot speak and with the terrific downpour of rain that they’ve had in Duncan and all of the flooding down there, we’re very concerned,” Kathy Davidson, the boy’s aunt, said.

That was twelve days ago when Davidson first found out her nephew, Damion Davidson, went missing from his home sometime after 2 a.m.

Davidson says the family is not giving up hope.

“We haven’t found anything to give up that hope yet. We haven’t found anything besides his little shorts, which he can take those off himself and throw them down,” Davidson said.

Those pajama shorts that he was wearing when he disappeared were found in a nearby creek.

Authorities have partially bulldozed that creek, searching for something else that could lead them to Damion.

“We’re looking at every aspect of

This Porsche Crash Is The Most Painful Parking Job You’ll Ever Watch

GIF via YouTube

Most people would back up and come at the garage from a different angle, but I guess that’s not an option when one of your wheels is already broken off. The unlicensed 16-year-old driver was allegedly hiding the car after a hit-and-run, per CTV. So, what’s a few more scrapes on the door?

This poor, sad Porsche Cayenne belonged to the teenager’s mother. While she was out of the country, her son went on a joyride, allegedly hitting a parked car. The minor hit-and-run collision happened on June 16, according to news reports.

Because the driver fled the scene, he now faces charges of hit and run and driving without due care, Constable Brian Montague

Identifying These Car Parts Could Help Catch A Lethal Hit-And-Run Driver [Update: Suspect Charged]

On Monday, June 13th motorcyclist Damian Taylor was knocked off his 1982 Suzuki by an unidentified car, succumbing to blunt force trauma injuries and passing away shortly after. Police were seeking help tracking down the driver involved, and after a few days of searching seem to have done so.

WYFF says Taylor was 37 years old, and unfortunately not wearing a helmet when the crash took place. That was obviously a poor decision on his part, but does not excuse the driver who hit him and left him from responsibility.

[Update: as of Friday June 17th, police have arrested a suspect after a trooper spotted a “small white sedan” that must have been showing the damage indicated here (missing hubcap, taillight.)]

From WYFF:

“Highway Patrol

GIF via YouTube

A few days ago, we posted a disturbing video of a cyclist getting mowed down by a Ford Mustang. The alleged driver, Misty Lee Wilke, was the cyclist’s girlfriend and had just learned that he was HIV-positive, reports King 5. The man was left injured from the impact, as the Mustang sped away.

Wilke was indicted by a Maricopa County grand jury for a number of charges over the hit-and-run incident, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, attempting to commit second degree murder and leaving the scene.

Let’s Help Find This Jackass In A Lexus SUV That Ran A Car Off The Road

A few days ago around Portland, OR, someone driving what appears to be a 2005-2009 Lexus RX 330 ran another driver off the road on NW Thompson at Skyline. It’s not really clear why the Lexus swerved across the double yellow, but the driver kept on driving, so we know that, on some level, they suck.

A Facebook post from the mother of the young driver of the car run off the road gave a few more details:

“On Thursday at 2:30 pm, a person driving this Lexus entirely crossed the double yellow lines and ran my son off NW Thompson Road at Skyline. The driver did not …stop at the accident scene. Luckily, my son and his friend were not hurt. However, his

Garfield County seeks new tips in 2009 murder

Janine Johler

Seven years after the discovery of a woman’s dismembered remains off Interstate 70 west of Glenwood Springs, Garfield County sheriff investigators are appealing for any new leads in what long has been a cold case.

The remains of Janine Ann Johler, 38, of Aurora, were found June 12, 2009, in an apple orchard about 20 feet off a county road and a quarter-mile from I-70 near the Canyon Creek interchange.

The Sheriff’s Office this week issued a public appeal for information as the anniversary of

Mustang Runs Down Bicyclist And Speeds Off

Everybody loves a good “Ford Mustangs eat people” joke, but holy hell this hit-and-run is disturbing.

Warning: Graphic video of somebody getting hit by a car. (They do get back up.)

Looks like the bicyclist is circling back to recover something they dropped in the road when this facelifted fifth-generation Ford Mustang plows right into them and speeds off. As the biker gets up, they stumble over a fence while another biker tries to flag down help.

Whoever was driving must have been two-thumbs deep in a text conversation and completely ignoring the view through the windshield, or they hit this biker on purpose. The sudden and deliberate acceleration after the crash suggests the latter.

FBI Believes Spring Breaker Brittanee Drexel Was Held Captive And Killed

Drexel, of Rochester, New York, was 17 years old in April 2009, when she went to Myrtle Beach, S.C., on spring break. The teen was last seen by friends on April 25 of that year, when she left the Bar Harbor Hotel in Myrtle Beach to meet friends at the nearby BlueWater Resort. Surveillance footage shows Drexel arriving at the resort, then leaving roughly 10 minutes later. What happened to her after that remains a mystery.
