GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged with distribution of child pornography, Gloucester Township police said. Dale J. Ruban, was charged with one count of second-degree distribution of child pornography, one count of third-degree possession of child pornography, one count of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, specifically, crack/cocaine a schedule II narcotic, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ruban was arrested following a raid of his home Friday morning following a one-month investigation. During the raid, detectives seized multiple electronic devices from the home, which are being sent to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit forensic lab to be analyzed for additional evidence.
