Family ‘very concerned’ for welfare of Limerick man last seen yesterday

GARDAÍ IN LIMERICK are seeking the public’s help in tracing a missing 46-year-old man.

Patrick Higgins was last seen yesterday at around 10.50am in the John Carew Park area of Limerick city.

He is described as being 5’7″, of medium build with blue eyes and a shaven head.

When last seen, he was wearing a grey hoodie with “crosshatch” written on the sleeves in navy writing, navy denim jeans and navy Timberland shoes. He was also wearing a white sweater under the hoodie.

Gardaí and Patrick’s family are said to be very concerned for his welfare.

Anyone who has seen him or has any information is urged to contact Roxboro Garda Station on 061 214340, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.

‘Please help me find my child’: Family concerned for well-being of missing Toronto woman

“Please help me find my child.”

The mother of a missing 24-year-old Toronto woman is pleading for the public’s help in finding her daughter who hasn’t been seen in over a week.

Toronto police Det. Mansoor Ahmad said Cheyanna Cooper was last seen Dec. 14 in the Eglinton Avenue West and Gilbert Avenue area, at Horizons Youth Centre where she had been staying.

Cooper’s mother, Michelle Walker, spoke to reporters Sunday afternoon and said she last saw her daughter a few days before her disappearance after she dropped her off at Convenant House, another youth shelter in the city.

Walker said it is unlike her daughter to not be active on her social media or to not check in with family. Her brother’s birthday was Dec. 22, and her mother said she would never miss saying ‘Happy birthday’ to him.

“We used to call ourselves the three musketeers.”

Concerned family and friends issue appeal to trace Will Tiernan missing from Limerick since early hours on Tuesday

CONCERNED family and friends have issued an appeal to trace a man missing from Limerick since the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Nenagh native Will Tiernan was last seen at approximately 2am on Tuesday on Denmark Street in Limerick city.

Pals say it is “completely out of character” for the nurse not to report for rostered duty at work in Limerick.

Will had been out with colleagues at Icon nightclub on Monday and anyone with any information is asked to come forward.

They have started a widespread social media appeal and shared a picture of Will in the jumper he was wearing when last seen.

Police concerned for missing woman Dawn Pascoe

Police are concerned for the welfare of 42 year old Dawn Pascoe who went missing from her Plymouth home at about 9pm on Sunday evening.

Dawn is described as a white female, about 5’11” tall and of stocky build with light brown bobbed hair. When last seen she was wearing a light-coloured top and black trousers.

She left home in her vehicle, a blue BMW 318 registration R539STA, which was last seen on the A386 heading from Plymouth toward Yelverton.

Any sightings of the missing person, or her vehicle, should be reported to Police by calling 101 and quoting log number 885 of 20/08/17.
