Sebastian County Woman Accused Of Distributing Child Pornography

SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KFSM) — A woman is accused of sharing child pornography images.

Kelly Riley, 43, of the Jenny Lind community is accused of four counts of computer child pornography charges. She was arrested Jan. 5, but was bailed out Jan. 8 on a $10,000 bond.

When police arrested her, she was babysitting a 5-year-old, according to investigators. They have found no evidence that she harmed the child.

“Investigators got DHS involved and as far as we know, at this point there has been no evidence that she ever harmed this child but it still caused great alarm in the investigators that were working this case,” said Captain Philip Pevehouse with the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Department.

According to investigators, Riley shared images and videos of children performing sex acts on adults. The children appear to be between 6 and 10-years-old.

The images are very graphic, according to the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office.

MEBANE, N.C. – Alamance County deputies have arrested a Mebane man accused of possessing and distributing child pornography.

Brian Michael Ross, 51, faces five felony charges related to child pornography possession and distribution after a search warrant was conducted at his home.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped off the sheriff’s office earlier this week about child pornography allegedly being sent and received from the suspect’s home.

Ross was arrested Friday and jailed in Alamance County under a $300,000 secured bond. He has court planned for Monday.

Rochester man pleads guilty to producing, distributing porn of child he abused

A 35-year-old man in Rochester has said he is guilty of creating and trading pornographic images of a child he abused, U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy Jr. said Monday.

Brendon Allan Young pleaded guilty to production, distribution and possession of child pornography.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Kyle Rossi said that in 2012, Brendon Allan Young began sexually abusing a girl who was then 4 or 5 years old. The abuse continued until this year.

By the time the girl was 9, Young had taken pornographic images of her, then began trading them on the internet.

SC man charged with possessing, distributing child pornography …

A Sumter man was arrested on child pornography charges, according to the South Carolina Attorney General’s office.

Ricky Leroy Singer, Jr., 34, faces seven charges connected to the exploitation of a minor, S.C. Attorney General Alan Wilson said in a news release, which stated Singer possessed and distributed multiple files of child pornography.

Singer was arrested on Oct. 5, after investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to Wilson’s office.

Singer has been charged with second degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and six counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to Wilson’s office.

If convicted, each charge is a felony that carries a maximum 10-year prison sentence, according to Wilson’s office, which will prosecute the case against Singer.

Singer was held in the Sumter County Detention Center on a $70,000 bond.

Man charged with distributing child pornography

Springfield, Mo. – (10/5/17) Tom Larson, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, announced that a Springfield, Mo., man who managed an online chat group to share child pornography was arrested and charged in federal court today.
 
Anthony Cotter, 30, of Springfield, was charged in a criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court in Springfield, Mo. Cotter remains in federal custody pending a detention hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017.
 
Today’s complaint alleges that Cotter received and distributed child pornography over the Internet between March 13 and Oct. 5, 2017.
 
According to an affidavit filed in support of today’s criminal complaint, Cotter was a group administrator for a very active online chat group of 50 members who shared images and videos of child pornography with each other. Cotter also told investigators that he had been sexually abusing a minor female and taking photographs

Calvert man indicted for distributing child porn

Prince Frederick, MD – A grand jury has indicted a Calvert County man in a case involving the distribution of child pornography, court records stated. The two-count indictment of John Steven Earman, 64 of Huntingtown, was handed down in Calvert County Circuit Court Aug. 21. Earman is charged with promotion and distribution of child pornography, a felony; and possession of child pornography.

In an statement of charges on file in District Court, Detective Mike Mudd of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office indicated a criminal investigation of Earman began in late November of last year after the agency was  received a cyber tip line report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Mudd’s investigation concluded in late June.

Child pornography suspect accused of manufacturing, distributing material

FARMINGTON — A Farmington man is facing a new set of child pornography charges after more than 5,800 files were found stored on an online cloud storage website account allegedly tied to him.

Andrew Long, 29, is accused of two counts of manufacturing visual medium of sexual exploitation of children, two counts of distribution of visual medium of sexual exploitation of children and one charge of possession of visual medium of sexual exploitation, according to court records.

Long was released on his own recognizance on Aug. 14 after being arrested on Aug. 11.

He was first charged with one count of manufacturing, distribution and possession of child pornography on Dec. 30.
