Harry Styles may have been snubbed by the Grammys on Tuesday (November 28), but he’s still riding high from his victorious appearance at the ARIAs the day before.
At the award show in Sydney, Australia, the 23-year-old was the talk of the night. First, he walked the red carpet in a paisley purple suit that may be one of his snazziest yet (but there’s tough competition there). He topped off the Alexander McQueen creation with bronze metallic shoes, black nail polish, and an assortment of flashy rings that Keith Richards would probably be jealous of. Behold:
On his way to the stage, he paused to kiss Lorde on the cheek, and then accepted his award from Pitch Perfect 3 stars Rebel Wilson, Ruby Rose, Brittany Snow, and Anna Camp. He sweetly thanked fans for their support, and even congratulated Australia on the country’s recent vote to legalize same-sex marriage.
“Thank you so much

When writing mystery novels, author Harry Dolan keeps track of two different things: what the reader thinks is happening and what is really happening.
“You want to play fair with the readers as much as you can, so there needs to be clues about what’s really going on. But the clues can’t look like clues or they’ll give everything away. It comes down to control: You have to reveal things at the right time, not too soon or too late,” explained Dolan, 51.
A native of Rome, NY, currently living in Ann Arbor, Dolan is the author of the David Loogan mystery novels: “Bad Things Happen,” “Very Bad Things” and “The Last Dead Girl.” The first two books occur in Ann Arbor.
His latest, “Crooked Hat,” is set in Detroit

Harry Styles is almost as invested in his incredible suits as he is his music, so it’s hard to find fault in him creating opportunities to celebrate his distinct style — and recreating as many of his iconic looks as possible.
Styles hasn’t dropped a music video since he flew through the air with the greatest of ease with “Sign of the Times,” but now, he’s enlisting the help of some children to make the visual for “Kiwi” one to remember. There’s not a ton of info to go on beyond him sharing a couple of images with “KIWI” written out twelve times as their captions. One of those images is a shot of a kid named Beau rocking a smaller, impeccably tailored version of one of his custom Gucci suits.
This Friday (July 21), Harry Styles will make his big-screen debut in Christopher Nolan’s new World War II epic, Dunkirk. This is the role for which he ostensibly cut off his long hair last year, and based on what we’ve seen from the film’s trailers, it’s a role that finds Harry fighting for his life underwater amid a surge of enemy fire.
When Harry stopped by The Tonight Show Wednesday night (July 19), we finally got our first look at what likely get him and his fellow British soldiers into that harrowing situation in the first place: an incoming torpedo.
Before that, though — as a sneak peek at a Harry-centric scene revealed — he’s just a young dude hanging with a comrade, munching on a piece of toast. You can see that scene at the 3:08 mark of the video below.
The interview with Jimmy Fallon also finds Harry talking about how Dunkirk makes him emotional, even though he’s in it.
