Body pulled from South Platte River, fears it could be missing Minnesota man last seen in December

Denver rescue crews pulled a body from the South Platte River Saturday afternoon, stoking fears it could be a man who was last seen early Dec. 15.

The body was found near the river just south of Interstate 25’s Alameda Avenue exit about 2:30 p.m. Saturday. It was discovered by a member of a volunteer search crew looking for 29-year-old Adam Gilbertson, who has been the focus of his family’s intense efforts to discover his whereabouts.

“The majority of the search party that set out today, don’t even know Adam,” said Mark Wonder, who was a member of a group of volunteers that set out Saturday morning to find any traces of Gilbertson. “We wanted to try to take the route that he may have gone, kind of retraced his steps.

The volunteers, family members and friends met near South Bannock Street and West Alameda and then fanned out to begin searching

People are in mourning that China pulled a cult Netflix show after just 3 episodes

Netflix has hit a snag, as it makes its first steps into China.

The streaming giant’s hit original series Bojack Horseman got pulled from iQiyi, China’s biggest streaming service, a mere two days after it was first aired, reported Bloomberg.

Netflix was airing it in China via a licensing deal with iQiyi, which has over 500 million monthly users in the country.

iQiyi had only aired three episodes of the show when it was pulled on June 21. A spokesperson from the streaming service told Variety that “adjustments need to be made to the content,” but didn’t say when the show would return to the site.

The incident has hit Chinese fans hard. Bojack Horseman had already garnered a domestic fanbase, thanks to online streaming (and, ahem, downloads).

Netflix’s `BoJack Horseman’ Pulled Off China Site After Two Days

Days after Netflix Inc. made its China debut via a content licensing deal with the country’s biggest streaming service iQiyi, one of its original comedy series was removed from the site.

All three episodes of the animated comedy “BoJack Horseman,” which debuted on June 19, were taken off the streaming site, iQiyi said in an emailed response to Bloomberg queries Tuesday. “Adjustments need to be made to the content,” iQiyi said, without elaborating. Netflix couldn’t immediately be reached for comment outside of regular business hours.

Last week’s removal of “BoJack Horseman” — a popular dark comedy centering on a washed up half-man, half-horse sitcom actor — is a setback to Netflix’s entry into China, one of the few countries it had yet to penetrate. China’s media regulator censors content broadcast on the Internet and has previously ordered streaming sites to take
